Amstrad CPC - Mode 0 / Mode 1 Mixed (160/320 x 200)

The Amstrad CPC supported the use of raster interrupts; this allowed both Mode 0 (160 x 200 16 colors) and Mode 1 (320 x 200 4 colors) to be used on the screen at the same time. This would appear as the screen split vertically with one of the modes occupying part of the screen with the other used on the remainder of the screen. The effect would always appear vertically (top/bottom split) and not horizontally (left/right split).
