Triple Play is a series of three different word games released for the Commodore VIC-20 in 1982 by Micro-Ware Distributing, Inc.. The games are spread across two cassettes and include the following:

  1. Crypto-Solve: A phrase is presented to players with each letter substituted with a different letter. The goal is solve the puzzle by replacing all letters with the correct one. To replace a letter, players can press the corresponding key on the keyboard and then the letter it should be replaced with. Once a letter is replace, it will be highlighted in yellow. Once players think they have a correct answer, the computer can confirm. A total of 50 cryptograms are included on two sides of a cassette, or players can create their own.
  2. Crosswords: A computerized version of a crossword puzzle. Players are given clues for overlapping words on a board and need to fill in all of the open spaces with the correct words. There are 5 crosswords on the cassette.
  3. Word Search: Referred to as Hidden Words within the game, a jumble of letters fills the screen with words hidden somewhere within. The computer provides a word to search for, and players need to locate the word then highlight the first and last letters. Words may be hidden horizontally, vertically, and diagonally and can also be in reverse. There are 25 different hidden word puzzles on the cassette.
