Overview

Reversi is a computerized version of the board game Othello released for the Intellivision in 1981. The game follows the same rules as the popular board game; two players (or one player against the computer) compete to fill up has much of the game board as possible with their color. Players take turns placing game pieces on the board; pieces must be placed such that at least one piece of their opponents color is between the location the player is placing a new piece and an already placed piece of their color. The opponents pieces that are trapped will then be flipped over to match the player's color. When the board becomes completely filled up or no moves are possible, whomever has the most pieces of his own color on the board wins. The game allows players to select from three different board sizes: 6 by 6, 8 by 8, or 10 by 10.
