Later Roland LA synthesis based sound cards and sound modules such as the LAPC-I, CM-32L, CM-64, and CM-500 feature an additional 33 sound effects in the drumset which are not available with the earlier Roland MT-32 or MT-100. Games with this tag utilize these additional sounds (the games still work with the earlier modules, however these particular sounds will not be heard on them).
